  • PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

    After you place your order, we will create your piece and ship it within 3-5 business days of completion. Total time from order to delivery can take up to three weeks, depending on the piece and on shipping transit time.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have a deadline or need your order by a specific date, please email us at hello@apotheosisarts.com before ordering.

    SHIPPING METHOD

    Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $500 ship with signature required on delivery.

    SHIPPING COSTS

    Shipping is offered at a flat rate for both domestic and international orders. The applicable rate is displayed at checkout.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    We ship internationally. Customs duties, import taxes, and any fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. Delivery timeframes for international orders vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

    LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

    If your package arrives damaged or is reported lost in transit, please contact us at hello@apotheosisarts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund as appropriate.

    INCORRECT ADDRESSES

    Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

  • RETURN POLICY

    We want you to be happy with your piece. If for any reason it isn't right, returns are accepted under the following terms.

    RETURN WINDOW

    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Email us at hello@apotheosisarts.com before returning any item to begin the process.

    CONDITION

    Returned pieces must arrive in the same condition in which they were sent — undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that arrive with signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


    RETURN SHIPPING

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the piece reaches us safely. We strongly recommend shipping returns insured and with tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


    REFUNDS

    Once we receive your return and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

    If your piece arrives damaged as a result of shipping, contact us at hello@apotheosisarts.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange return shipping for the item and send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.

    CUSTOM AND COMMISSIONED WORK

    Custom and commissioned pieces made specifically for you are final sale and not eligible for return.
